Mmm, everyone's been very generous about my coming back, but no less demanding. I prefer it that way. Maybe you should come along if you miss me so much during the day. [It's a playful tease.]

If you can promise I won't end up on camera? I'll think about it.

No cameras for you. There will be plenty of begging, though. They'll want to reel you in as a perfect new model. [Nuzzling into his neck yes.]

I am not a perfect model, Mal, I'm scarred and cranky. [ Not so much right now with how he's stepping back and reeling Malcolm along with him, nuzzling into his hair. ] What was the shoot today?

No, you're attractive, and people dig scars. [He'll allow himself to get pulled along, happily.] Nothing major. Got fitted in a few suits.

Tight suits or business suits? [ Tug tug tug all the way to the sofa to sit. ]

Tight business suits. [Tease~] I'm sure you'll see some of them soon enough.

Tight all over or just where it counts?

[ Gonna curl up half on and half off Mal's lap like a cat. That's cool, right? Right. ]

Isn't 'all over' where it counts? [Well, he wasn't expecting that, either, but that's very cool. York might even get some pettings like a cat.] How are you doing?

Better. Almost off bed rest. I made dinner- well. I ordered dinner. It should be here soon.

The only way you're making dinner is if North or Delta gave you some heavy assistance. What did you order?

Fish and chips, bangers and mash, pineapple upside down cake.

Did I do something particularly special today, or are you just being particularly generous to me?

I'm not allowed to dote on my boo?

[ He nuzzles into Malcolm's thigh, smile small and almost shy. Well for him it is shy. ]

You are absolutely allowed. I just didn't know if there was any particular reason for it.

No reason. Just wanted t'have a nice dinner with my boo. [ The best dinner with the best boo, clearly ]

That is incredibly sweet of you, Taylor. [Guess who's getting his hair stroked? It's York.] Thank you for thinking of me.

Mmm. Your welcome Mal.

[ he lets his eyes drift closed, enjoying being all curled up and closed. ]

Sleep with me tonight?

Sleep with--? [He pauses for a moment, processing.] You mean, stay in the same bed again?

What about Delta?

Mhm. I've missed you. [ More than anything else. ] He's somewhere else.

[Malcolm relaxes, smile growing on his face.] He won't mind anyway. I've missed it, too. More than you know.

What did you miss the most about it?

I missed your company. I'm used to one night stands, but otherwise my bed tends to be very empty. I got used to use sharing the same bed, and you cuddled up into me so you wouldn't get such horrible nightmares, and...well, when that stopped, it felt lonely.

...I miss being your little spoon. D's great but he's shrill pretty bony at times. You're still my favorite pillow.
